1971 United Audio DUAL 1218 3 Speed Automatic Turntable. Tested fully operational. This turntable has been cleaned and serviced by our hi-fi service partner Deltronics (Woodridge/ Chicago, IL). Cosmetically graded Very Good Plus (Very Good Plus) for mild to moderate cabinet wear (pictured) and no dust cover. This unit is fitted with a low-grade stylus and cartridge used for testing. It is suitable for short term play. A new cartridge/stylus is recommended in the first 30-50 hours of play. Dust mat has been removed from platter and can be snuggly secured and removed. This classic Dual 1218 fully-automatic turntable features a high-torque 3-speed idler-wheel drive housed in a beautiful, vintage United Audio wooden plinth. Precision-engineered in Germany.
