Return Procedure
Call or Text Checkered Records or email us at info@checkeredrecords.com
1. Share the nature of the issue
2. Checkered Records will provide a Return Authorization Code (and shipping label in most cases)
3. Ship the returned item using the appropriate shipping method
4. Email Checkered Records with the Tracking Number (if a return label is not provided)
5. Checkered Records will provide a courtesy email when your item is received and inspected
6. A full refund will be issued within 10 business days after receipt/approval of your return
NOTE: Items must come back to Checkered Records in the same condition they were mailed out. Checkered Records uses matrix numbers (ie. runout numbers) and five-point authentication to ensure records have not been “swapped” with lesser copies. If you have multiple copies of an album, make sure you are sending the correct album back. Swapped albums will not be shipped back and returns will not be issued.
